I was in a good mood when I first started using it, but I ended up a little disappointed because it ran out faster than I expected. It works fine, I just wish it lasted longer

The bike was okay in the beginning, but then one of the parts broke while it was still under warranty. I don’t know, maybe there was some process I missed or something, but dealing with Heybike after that got frustrating. They kept asking me for more photos and videos, and then I’d wait a few days without hearing anything back. They did eventually respond and help, but it felt like I had to keep following up to get anywhere. Not a total disaster, just not great if you actually need warranty help.

So... I was actually impressed with this motor. It feels strong enough and pulls better than I expected.

so the return process did work in the end, but the updates were kind of slow. I had to wait longer than expected to know what was going on, which was a little frustrating

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, but the bike actually arrived faster than I thought it would. The box looked a little beat up when it got here, which had me worried for a minute, but everything inside was totally fine. So yeah, credit where it’s due

The bike looks nice, but it’s just not that comfortable for me. The ride feels really stiff, and after about 15 minutes the seat starts to hurt. You can feel every bump right through the frame, so it’s not something I’d want to ride for long

After only a few weeks, my bike started having an issue, which was frustrating because I really didn’t expect to be dealing with problems that soon. I emailed support and, of course, had to wait a couple days before anyone got back to me, so I was kind of left wondering if I was just stuck with it. To be fair, once they finally replied, they were helpful and sent me the part I needed. It wasn’t the smoothest experience and I wish it hadn’t fallen on me to deal with so early on, but they did eventually sort it out

I’m really happy with how the bike looks. The color has a nice modern feel to it, and it definitely stands out in a good way. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I’m glad I listened.

The bike rides well overall, and I think most people would be happy with how it feels. The only thing is the range hasn’t quite matched what was listed, at least in my experience. It’s not a huge deal and the bike is still usable, but I can see it being a little frustrating for other customers who are expecting to get the full advertised distance.

I’m happy with the bike overall. It rides smoothly and folds up well enough for storage, which is mainly what I needed. That said, it’s definitely heavier than I expected, so carrying it up stairs is kind of a pain. Getting it into the car trunk is doable, though, so I can live with it. I do wish it was a bit lighter, but overall I’m still glad I got it.

The bike itself rides fine, so I’ll give it that. But the app is kind of a slow little nuisance, and the display can be a pain to read when the sun’s out. It works okay overall, but some parts feel half-baked and definitely need fixing...

A friend recommended I check this out, but my experience hasn’t been great. The tire went flat quickly, and the suspension makes a loud bang whenever I hit bumps. I was hoping for a smoother, more reliable ride.

It works fine for what I need, so no real complaints there. Nice. But the overall feel is a bit cheap, like the materials could be better. Meh. It gets the job done, though.

I found the brake pads I needed quickly, which was great!! Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, though... but overall, not a bad experience!!!

I ordered a bike from heybike, and while I did get tracking, it sat on “label created” for a couple days before anything actually updated. I kept checking it, wondering if it had really shipped yet. Once it started moving, the updates were normal and the delivery was about when I expected. Overall it was fine, but the early tracking could’ve been a bit clearer

The box showed up all ripped up and crushed on two corners. The bike barely had any padding, and a bunch of loose parts were just clanking around inside like, seriously? For something this pricey, the packaging was bad. Definitely not a great first impression

The bike itself seems fine so far, but putting it together took way longer than the instructions made it sound. They made it seem like it would be quick and simple, but come on now, it was definitely more of a project than expected.

It just feels way too expensive for what you get. I think a lot of other customers would probably feel the same, there are better options out there for the money

The box showed up dented, and one corner was actually open when it arrived. Luckily, nothing major was missing or damaged, but I definitely wish it had been packed or handled a bit better
